Bentley Square Condos 2017 Annual Meeting Election Results:

Elections held to fill:

• 2 Board of Director positions vacant from normal election cycles.  These are elected to a 3 year term.

Results (In alphabetical order):

• Neil Dispirito – 3 year term
• Howard Gillyard – 3 year term

The Annual Meeting, held on January 9, 2017, did not have enough members present/proxies received to obtain a quorum.  Because of this no official business could be conducted.  We did provide information to the members who attended and rescheduled a new meeting to be held where we could gain additional proxies and have a larger attendance.  On March 7, 2017 we had the continuation of the Annual Meeting where elections were held and certified.  We welcome the newly elected members to the Board of Directors and we thank everyone for participating in a the 2017 election.
